In case the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code during any transaction, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.
If the customer cancels the bus booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. (E.g. If a cardholder has paid Rs.1000/- (Price after discount) against original booking price of Rs 1100/-. And then, if the cardholder cancels the booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.1000/- and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder’s account.
Bookings are subject to the availability.
Customer cannot club two promotion codes during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.goibibo.com.
